Escapees RV Parks, Inc. Reservations & Cancellation Policies

Reservation Policy

Reservations can be made up to one year in advance, but only 50 percent of the park sites can be reserved this far out. Anytime within 60 days of a reservation date, there will likely be no limit as to how much of the park can be reserved. Anything more than a successive 8-week stay will fall under the Long Term Stay Policy.  General reservations may be extended if a site is available at the time of the request.

Duration Of Stay

Annual Lease: the Annual lease will be for 1 year renewable terms. Visitors must demonstrate once per year, or upon request of the Chief Administrative Officer, that they can personally move their RV—meaning that the visitors have the physical and mental capability, as well as the necessary equipment and vehicles, to operate their RV. 

Monthly/Weekly/Daily Rental: visitors may renew at the monthly, weekly, or daily rate for no longer than 8 consecutive months. After 8 consecutive months, the visitors must leave the park for at least 4 months. Exceptions may be granted, in writing, by the Chief Administrative Officer.

Deposit Policy

All reservations require a deposit to be paid at the time of booking. The entire deposit amount will be applied at check-in. RV site deposits are the equivalent of one night’s stay for reservations that are less than one week. All reservations longer than one week will require a deposit of $25 per week. A $100 deposit will be required for each 1-3-month period (28-90 days). All deposits are subject to administrative, cancellation, and/or no-show fees.

Long-Term Stay (LTS) Policy

Reservations that are made for a period that is longer than 8 weeks are considered Long-Term Stays. We will allow reservations for more than 8 weeks, but, should the customer cancels within the last 30 days prior to their original check-in date, the deposit cannot be refunded.

Cancellation Policies

General Reservations

Refunds are only allowed if the cancellation is made 24 hours, or more, prior to the original check-in day; this type of cancellation will incur a $5.00 surcharge. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of check-in will forfeit the entire deposit.

Escapees Member

Escapees Members will not incur a $5.00 administrative fee. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of check-in will forfeit their entire deposit.

Long-Term Stays (LTS)

Must forfeit their entire deposit should they decide to cancel 30 days or less from their original check-in day.

Refund Policy

There will be no refunding of deposits or reservation charges for check-in periods, other than those where cancellation procedures are properly followed.

Guarantee Policy

ALL reservations must also be GUARANTEED with a valid credit card. Reservation deposits or payments may be made with cash, check, or credit card, but ALL reservations are required to have a GUARANTEED valid credit card on file. With this GUARANTEE, you authorize Escapees Rainbow’s End Park to charge your guarantee credit card on file to settle any and all charges or fees incurred during your reservation, including, but not limited to the rent, rental rate add-ons, electricity, late fees, damages, etc.

We do not guarantee sites for early arrivals. In the case of late arrivals, we DO charge for the time reserved. It is your responsibility to notify us if you will arrive late in order to hold your site. ALL reservation guarantees are for the entire term of the reservation. In the event of a late arrival or no-show, you authorize Escapees Rainbow’s End Park to charge your guarantee credit card on file for the entire term of the reservation in addition to any other fees incurred.
