Become and Escapees RV Parks Manager In Training!

Escapees is built on the philosophies of caring and sharing and have catered to RV enthusiasts and full-time travelers since 1978. So our brand and the experience of our campground guests are special to use. In order to create the proper experience and knowledge of our Escapees RV Parks we prefer prior Escapees Campground Host and/or Maintenance & Groundskeeper experience, but it is not required. These considerations will be based on the applicants’ skills, working knowledge, and resume background.

Facilities Manager

Directs, coordinates, and participates in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the park. This position requires working to keep the park clean, tidy, and fully functional.

Office Manager

Directs the daily operations of the office and provides general supervision to those scheduled in the office. Master of the reservation system, park policies, and procedures.

* Usually, the Facilities Manager is partnered with an Office Manager, or vice versa, and as a team support both the inside clerical and outside maintenance requirements of the park. However, this is not a requirement of application and singles may also apply for either position.

Locations

*Please understand the training is applicable only to the eight Escapees RV Parks. These eight parks are operated under the Escapees RV Parks organization and have consistent policies and procedures. If you are interested in working for an SKP Co-Op you must apply directly to that Co-Op.

Commitment & Training

We require a minimum 6-month commitment which includes a dedicated minimum 4-week training process. Will require travel to a different location following training based on staffing needs.

While we prefer prior Escapees Campground Host and/or Maintenance & Groundskeeper experience, it is not required. These considerations will be based on the applicants’ skills, working knowledge, and resume background. Training in these positions will be required as part of the manager training program.
